Our Supported Accommodation Service

Our supported accommodation service is designed for young people who are ready to build independence skills while continuing to receive consistent support, supervision, safeguarding oversight and professional guidance.

We support planned placements, emergency referrals and step-down arrangements where the placement is safe, suitable and appropriately matched.

Individual support plan and risk assessment

Daily routines, boundaries and house expectations

Cooking, shopping, laundry and cleaning skills

Budgeting and money management

Education, college, ESOL, training and employment support

Health appointment support and medication prompts where agreed

Emotional wellbeing support and trusted adult relationships

Missing from home prevention, response and debrief

Safe relationships, exploitation awareness and online safety work

Move-on planning and tenancy readiness
