Swift Care Services provides a joined-up range of accommodation, regulated support and community-based services. Each service is shaped around assessed needs, safeguarding, risk management, independence planning and positive outcomes.

Our Services

Ofsted Supported Accommodation

Safe, staffed accommodation for young people aged 16–17 with support around independence, education, wellbeing, safeguarding and positive move-on.

CQC Supported Living and Personal Care

Regulated support for adults and children where personal care is required, including support for learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

Emergency Placements

Responsive same-day or short-notice placement options where accommodation and support can be safely matched.

Community Outreach Support

Flexible support delivered in the person's home, community or placement setting.

Family Support and Supervised Contact

Structured visits, family support sessions and supervised contact delivered by trained staff.

Transition to Adulthood

Support for young people moving from children's services into adult services, education, employment and independent living.
